This walk explores some of the lesser-known garden squares, parks, churchyards and cemeteries in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and takes in part of the Thames Path.

The walk starts at West Brompton underground and rail station, and ends at Ravenscourt Park underground station. For a shorter route, it can also be started or finished at Hammersmith underground station. The full walk is about four miles long.
