To download a whole walk:

To avoid the inconvenience of downloading a large number of individual tracks, you can download a whole walk using a download manager, such as Free Download Manager.  Explore one of these sites  and select the tracks you wish to download.

Click on one of the tracks listed here with the left mouse button.  You need to have a program capable of playing MP3 files (e.g. Windows Media Player).

To download a single track:

Click on one of the tracks listed here with the right mouse button.  Click on 'Save Target As' (Windows) or 'Download Linked File' (Macintosh).  You will probably want to save it in 'My Music' (Windows) or on your portable MP3 player.
